He stressed that the fifth national economic census is the last major survey of national conditions and strength in the new era and new journey. He stated that China's new economy is developing rapidly, and the transformation of industries into digitalization, intelligence, and greenery has yielded fruitful results. It is necessary to do a good job in statistics on new industries, new formats, and new models, in order to provide reliable basis for formulating more accurate and effective policy measures and accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces. We must standardize the registration of the census, strictly protect the personal information and trade secrets of the census subjects, and strictly limit the use of unit and personal data obtained during the census to the purpose of economic census.
