Currently, with the empowerment of the new generation of information and communication technology, campus informatization construction has entered a new stage of application integration, innovation, and upgrading into a smart campus. The construction of a smart campus is of great significance in promoting the transformation of education models and supporting the improvement of educational quality. In order to implement the national strategic deployment of promoting the digital transformation of education, promote the construction and application innovation of smart campuses, summarize and share replicable practical experience, the Smart Education Working Committee of the China Internet Association launched an annual smart campus classic case collection activity in August 2023. Through various stages such as solicitation, initial review, and expert evaluation, 16 typical cases covering online teaching, virtual simulation experiments/training, intelligent scientific research, intelligent examination services, cloud examination rooms, intelligent sports exams, intelligent physical and chemical laboratory exams, campus security, intelligent student management, green campus, campus campus card, and intelligent employment were selected.
