The establishment of a national intelligent computing standardization working group to achieve the "Chinese definition" of intelligent computing is an important technological foundation for the development of artificial intelligence. Intelligent computing combines artificial intelligence with computing power to better meet the complex computing needs of practical application scenarios. However, for a long period of time, there was no authoritative international standard for intelligent computing, and the construction of domestic intelligent computing standards was also in its early stages. On June 30th, the National Intelligent Computing Standardization Working Group (hereinafter referred to as the Working Group) was established at the Zhijiang Laboratory located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
