He expressed that in the context of globalization, he hopes that the SAR government and various sectors can continue to advance and work together to strengthen the promotion of bilingual and trilingual education in different fields, in order to consolidate and enhance Hong Kong's competitiveness on the international stage, and promote Hong Kong to become a more caring and inclusive diverse society. The Secretary for Education of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Tsai Ruo lien, stated in her speech that the government is striving to attract talents and funds from all over the world to Hong Kong for further education, employment, and investment through various talent programs, in order to enhance Hong Kong's development momentum.
