From December 8th to 10th, the 2023 China Red Tourism Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Red Expo") was held at the Memorial Park of the Central Red Army's Long March Departure in Yudu County, Jiangxi Province. The theme of this year's Red Cross Expo is "Starting Again on the New Long March", with activities such as a thousand vehicles and ten thousand people retracing the Long March Road, global promotion of red study tourism, and inspection of red boutique routes. The activity routes include Comrade Mao Zedong's former residence on the eve of the Long March, the Memorial Park of the Central Red Army's Long March Departure, the Long March College, and the Red Army Town in Qilushan. The organizers of the Red Cross Expo introduced that Yudu was the starting point for the Central Red Army's Long March and the birthplace of the great spirit of the Long March. The overall design of the activity plan emphasizes enhancing the experience and immersion of visitors, realistically, three-dimensional, and vividly reproducing the Red Army's Long March journey, allowing the story of the Long March to spread more widely, further, and deeply into people's hearts. The eight main exhibition halls of the main venue of the Red Cross Expo are located on the banks of the Du River, including the National Heavy Industries Theme Hall, Digital Technology Hall, Performing Arts Hall, Cultural and Creative Hall, etc., comprehensively showcasing the vivid practice and fruitful achievements of high-quality and integrated development of red tourism in the new era in China. In recent years, the integration of red culture and tourism has gradually deepened, and the quality demand of tourists for red culture cultural tourism products has been continuously increasing. This year's Red Cross Expo has collected 120 new cultural and creative projects, 80 new routes, 34 new scenes, and 41 new formats from all over the country. It is understood that the Red Cross Expo has been successfully held for 13 sessions since 2005.
