In the context of the increasingly complex international environment and increasing instability and uncertainty, actively participating in, promoting, and leading global governance reform and construction requires a group of foreign-related rule of law talents with a firm stance, professional expertise, knowledge of rules, and proficiency in practice. We need to deeply understand the important role of talents in supporting and promoting China's foreign-related rule of law construction from a strategic perspective, accelerate the construction of a global and future oriented foreign-related rule of law talent training and development system, and inject talent momentum into high-quality foreign-related rule of law construction. Adhering to the original mission and accelerating the cultivation of foreign-related legal talents is an important measure to implement the strategic layout of the Party and the state on foreign-related legal work in the new era. We must adhere to the original mission of educating people for the Party and the country from the perspective of the overall development of the Party and the country, regard strong patriotism as the basic requirement for cultivating foreign-related legal talents, adhere to serving the promotion of high-level opening up to the outside world, respond to external risks and challenges, and comprehensively promote the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation. To integrate the cultivation of morality and talent into all aspects of talent cultivation, cultivate the soul through cultivation, and build a high-quality team of foreign-related legal talents with both moral and legal education.
