Secondly, the author's "History of Wang Anshi's Reform Research" summarizes the writing and research of Wang Anshi's Reform from the Southern Song Dynasty to the turn of the new century. In 2000, Ge Jinfang and others published "Review of Wang Anshi's Reform Research in the Past 20 Years", which reviewed the research achievements of Wang Anshi's Reform in the 1980s and 1990s. In 2003, Zhu Ruixi published "Research on Wang Anshi and his Reform in 20th Century China", A review was made on the research achievements of Wang Anshi and his reforms in 20th century China. These summary statements have accelerated the cooling of Wang Anshi's reform research as a hot topic, while the enthusiasm for studying Wang Anshi's new studies has gradually increased. Liu Chengguo is a rising star in the study of Wang Anshi. He published "Research on Jinggong's New Learning" in 2006, "Scholars and Literature in Transformation" in 2011, "Wang Anshi's Chronicles" in 2018, and recently compiled and published "Wang Anshi's Collected Works", solidly promoting Wang Anshi's research. In December 2021, on the 1000th anniversary of Wang Anshi's birth, At the end of the commemorative article I wrote for this, I said: Currently, there is still a lack of comprehensive research on Wang Anshi and his reforms.
