In the second batch of theme education, Li Guanghui closely followed the actual transformation and development, sensitively perceiving problems, accurately identifying problems, and focusing on solving problems, ensuring that theme education and military training and preparation work promote each other and progress together. To do a good job in theme education, we should focus on solving practical problems. For leading cadres, different units face different situations and the problems they need to solve are also different. There are not only old problems, but also new situations and contradictions that affect development. This requires leaders to have a keen perception of problems and the ability to discover them. If new problems cannot be accurately identified, it will be difficult to implement targeted therapy to solve them. Especially for various early signs and tendencies, only by maintaining a high level of sensitivity and insight can we make scientific judgments, correctly grasp, and identify the essence of the problem. Sensitive and accurate perception of problems requires strong abilities and a good work style. Nowadays, with the rapid development of the military, whether new problems can be discovered, especially whether the essence can be seen through phenomena, tests the professional competence of leading cadres, and also tests their work style. Leaders and cadres should conduct in-depth investigations and research on the front line, ensuring that their eyes are bright, they see things early, and they act quickly. Only by effectively understanding the bottleneck issues that constrain the development of military construction and the shortcomings and weaknesses in our work, can we prescribe effective solutions, take preventive measures, seize opportunities, and strive to eliminate problems and contradictions in their early stages, promoting high-quality development of military construction.
