Protecting intellectual property is protecting innovation. Strengthening intellectual property protection is an inherent driving force for promoting high-quality economic development and a strong support for building an innovative country. In my research, I found that in recent years, procuratorial organs at all levels have conscientiously implemented the central strategic deployment, actively performed their functions in accordance with the law, and actively carried out intellectual property prosecution work, achieving certain results. However, there is still some distance from the expectations of the people, and there are still some shortcomings. For example, in the field of agricultural product brand protection, the problem of "low infringement costs and high rights protection costs" still exists, which needs to be highly valued. I hope that the procuratorial organs can take multiple measures to achieve a higher level of case handling and supervision, continuously increase the protection of intellectual property rights, and truly provide legal protection for market entities to focus on innovation. My suggestions include the following three aspects: firstly, optimizing service supply. The procuratorial organs can regularly conduct lectures on intellectual property protection in enterprises and provide legal advice to enterprises; Strengthen warning education, timely compile and distribute typical cases around different protected objects such as trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, geographical indications, and new plant varieties, interpret the law through cases, and enhance the legal awareness of enterprises and employees; Integrating procuratorial work into the overall development driven by innovation, actively exploring measures such as increasing judicial protection of intellectual property rights and optimizing the business environment through services. The second is to create a highlight brand for intellectual property protection. In Tongchuan, Shaanxi, where I am located, agricultural products such as apples and peaches have high market recognition and strong competitiveness. Local residents have reported that there are cases in the market where apples and peaches produced in other areas are also sold under the "Tongchuan Apple" and "Mengjiayuan Peach" trademarks, seriously infringing on the rights and interests of local farmers. In this regard, it is hoped that the procuratorial organs will focus on counterfeit behaviors related to agricultural products, geographical indication products, as well as infringement behaviors related to new formats, new fields, and key core technologies. They will increase their crackdown efforts, handle a number of typical cases, create highlight brands for intellectual property protection, help protect specialty agricultural products, enhance brand influence, and stimulate agricultural scientific and technological innovation. The third is to comprehensively protect and innovate in the performance of duties. Around the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, procuratorial organs should strengthen the judicial protection of intellectual property rights in new fields such as information technology, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and new energy, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in traditional Chinese medicine, crack down on crimes that infringe on key core technologies, serve to ensure the development of strategic emerging industries, fully play the role of intellectual property procuratorial organs, and provide legal elements for high-quality projects; We need to increase efforts in talent cultivation, build a professional talent team, and improve the expert consultation system for intellectual property prosecution, while continuously increasing legal supervision. Fully leverage the comprehensive performance advantages of intellectual property criminal, civil, administrative, and public interest litigation procuratorial functions, improve the judicial and administrative linkage mechanism, build a multi-level and three-dimensional intellectual property protection system, and better play the important role of procuratorial organs in promoting the modernization of social governance. （
