The joint construction and innovation of the "three major organizations" at the grassroots level focuses on using systematic thinking and optimizing operational modes, integrating the rights, responsibilities, functions, and systems of the "three major organizations" at the grassroots level, identifying the junction, and overcoming obstacles.
