The main reasons for Dagong International to maintain China's sovereign credit rating are as follows: firstly, a prudent and effective monetary policy, strengthened countercyclical regulation, reasonable growth of social financing scale, stable and slightly reduced comprehensive financing costs, continuous optimization of credit structure, and basic stability of the RMB exchange rate at a reasonable and balanced level, which strongly supports the overall recovery and improvement of economic operation. Secondly, in 2023, under the policies of expanding domestic demand, boosting confidence, and preventing risks, the Chinese economy will continue to recover and improve. Thirdly, the overall debt burden ratio of Chinese governments at all levels is still at a relatively low level.
