On December 3rd, the first "Liangzhu Forum" was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Chinese and foreign guests expressed that the Liangzhu Site is an empirical evidence of China's 5000 year history of civilization and a treasure of world civilization. Holding the "Liangzhu Forum" is of great significance for understanding the charm of ancient civilization, protecting historical and cultural heritage, promoting cultural inheritance, development, and exchange and cooperation. I hope that friends from all walks of life can make full use of the "Liangzhu Forum" platform to speak freely and engage in in-depth discussions, deepen understanding, promote dialogue and consensus between Chinese civilization and different civilizations in the world, and promote the transformation of global civilization initiatives from ideological concepts to practical actions. The first "Liangzhu Forum" was jointly hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, with the theme of "Implementing the Global Civilization Initiative, Promoting Civilization Exchange and Mutual Learning".
