Beijing, November 26th (Reporter Ye Xiaonan) Recently, the 9th National Conference on the Development and Science of Traditional Chinese Medicine, jointly hosted by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, opened in Tonghua City, Jilin Province. Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, He Wei, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The theme of this conference is "Scientific Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese path to modernization". During the conference, academic reports were also held on topics such as the national strategy for the development of traditional Chinese medicine, innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine, and exploration of the diverse values of traditional Chinese medicine such as ginseng.
