China's digital trade development has unique advantages, with massive data resources and rich digital trade application scenarios. China regards digital trade, goods trade, and service trade as the three pillars supporting the construction of a trading power. We are willing to work together with other countries to create an open, inclusive, fair, just, and non discriminatory digital economic development environment, and jointly promote the high-quality and sustainable development of global digital trade. Han Zheng stated that China is willing to uphold the globalization concept of win-win cooperation, actively participate in the formulation of international rules and standards in the digital field, explore more institutional openness achievements, and promote a higher level of openness in the digital field to the outside world. China will continue to accelerate the digital transformation and cross-border e-commerce development, promote the construction of digital infrastructure, build the "Silk Road E-commerce" cooperation pilot area, and jointly build the "the Belt and Road" e-commerce market with partners to maintain the security and stability of the global digital industry chain supply chain. China is willing to strengthen communication with all parties, seek common ground while reserving differences, make good use of the Global Digital Trade Expo as an international public service product, and promote the formation of more practical cooperation results. The theme of this year's Digital Trade Fair is "Digital Trade Connect the World". About 1000 representatives from 63 countries and regions, 68 international organizations, and overseas business associations attended the opening ceremony. Before the opening ceremony, Han Zheng inspected the exhibition halls of the Expo, listened to reports on the situation, interacted and exchanged ideas with the responsible persons of participating enterprises, and conducted on-site inspections of the development of the digital economy by Xinhua Third Group.
