Lou Zhuangli, the prosecutor, taught the rule of law course to the first year high school students in military training. The interviewee provided a picture of Guo Kaiyuan sharing measures to protect minors. The interviewee provided a magnificent picture of the building. The prosecutor interacted with students on the topic of online bullying during the rule of law class. The interviewee provided a picture of "How to protect oneself if encountering 'cyber violence'?" In a class meeting class discussing 'rejecting cyber violence', a student asked the homeroom teacher Lu Xin, which sparked her thinking. As a teacher at Shanghai Kongjiang Middle School, Lu Xin has always been very concerned about the online infringement of minors and is constantly calling for their online protection. Upon learning that the "Regulations on the Protection of Minors on the Internet" had been officially announced, she felt that there was direction and guidance. Recently, the State Council announced the "Regulations on the Protection of Minors on the Internet" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), which will come into effect on January 1, 2024. This marks a new stage in the legal construction of online protection for minors in China. This fully reflects the high importance that the country attaches to the protection of minors' networks, leading various departments, organizations, and members of society to shoulder the responsibility and mission of protecting minors' networks. As a teacher, Lu Xin also has a deeper understanding of her own responsibility: to strengthen the cultivation of students' network literacy in subject teaching and moral education work, and to educate, demonstrate, guide, and supervise students' network behavior. The work of protecting minors online also requires all sectors of society to jointly support a protective umbrella and contribute to the protection of 'you as a young person'. Parents, schools, and society should jointly say no to online bullying. "Among the cases I have handled, there are cases of minors experiencing online bullying." Lou Zhuangli, Deputy Director of the Eighth Procuratorate Department of Yiwu City Procuratorate, has been engaged in the protection of minors for a long time, We often pay attention to the online protection of minors. She told a case to a reporter from China Youth Daily and China Youth Network. 13-year-old girl Xiaoling suffered from an online rumor implying that she had sexual relations with multiple people. Her classmates were unaware of the truth, some pointing behind her back, and some even mocking her in person. The rumors intensified, causing Xiaoling to dare not go to school and fall into depression. Later, Xiaoling was accompanied by her parents to report to the police. The procuratorial organs intervened and conducted psychological assessment and counseling on Xiaoling, which resulted in her improvement. But considering the possibility of online rumors spreading again, the parents eventually transferred Xiaoling to another school. Lou Zhuangli stated that with the development of network informatization, the problem of online bullying is constantly emerging. "Parents, schools, and society should jointly say no to online bullying, and prevention is more important than governance." Online bullying is becoming a serious social problem. Due to the detachment of online bullying from schools and families, minors, whether they are bullying or being bullied by others, can seriously interfere with their daily lives and learning, affecting their healthy growth. Lu Xin has also seen a child use the internet to criticize and curse due to misunderstandings or unhappiness with classmates in real life. This not only affects their learning state, but also triggers psychological problems, filled with insecurity and distrust towards the outside world. As a class teacher, she once guided students to think about the dangers of online violence in class meetings. In daily teaching, students will also be consciously improved and cultivated
