In order to showcase the scene of folk community fire on the 15th day of the first lunar month, Jia Yinyong, a representative inheritor of Shanxi's intangible cultural heritage, carefully designed a set of clay sculpture community fire works and a model of the fifth generation colorful gate building. In the showcase, nearly a hundred small clay figurines vividly displayed over a dozen folk social fire performances, such as raising a pavilion, carrying a stick, and wrestling with two ghosts. All kinds of Shanxi intangible cultural heritage food, such as fragrant but not greasy Taigu cake, Tianlongxiang oil flower in Pingyao ancient city, crispy and delicious Jishan Fried Dough Twists, make people salivate. In the "Recall Fragrance" vinegar and wine culture unit, vinegar and wine products such as Shanxi Fenjiu, which is known as the textbook of Chinese liquor brewing, Daixian Yellow Rice Wine, which is known as the "Southern Shaoxing and Northern Dynasties", and Shanxi mature vinegar, one of the four famous vinegar in China, attracted the attention of the audience.
