On November 19th, the fourth "International Communication of the Rule of Law in China" academic seminar, sponsored by the Institute of Comprehensive Rule of Law at China University of Political Science and Law and co organized by the School of International Law at China University of Political Science and Law and Rule of Law Network, was held in Beijing. Zhang Mingqi, Vice President and Secretary General of the China Law Society, Hu Ming, Secretary of the Party Committee of China University of Political Science and Law, Shao Bingfang, Secretary and President of the Legal Daily, Du Yaling, Director of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Justice, and Huang Jin, Professor of the Institute of Comprehensive Rule of Law at China University of Political Science and Law, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The aim is to promote the international dissemination of the rule of law in China and strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign rule of law cultures, Make positive contributions to enhancing the international influence and discourse power of China's rule of law. Zhang Mingqi pointed out that to strengthen the international dissemination of China's rule of law, we must adhere to the leadership of the Party, focus on coordinating domestic and foreign rule of law, promote the concept of rule of law with Chinese characteristics, adhere to the basic principles of international law, pay attention to the basic laws of international dissemination, and enhance the international influence of China's rule of law. The conference released the "Blue Book of China's Foreign-related Rule of Law (2023)" and the "Top Ten Typical Cases of International Communication of China's Rule of Law" organized by the Institute of Comprehensive Rule of Law at China University of Political Science and Law and the School of International Law, and showcased a series of videos titled "Chinese Law English Video Open Course". The attending representatives held discussions and exchanges on topics such as the basic strategy for international communication of the rule of law in China, communication strategies for major foreign-related rule of law events, the latest progress in foreign-related rule of law, and the construction of China's international communication capacity for the rule of law.
