The "Red Hall Forum: China and African Countries on the Road to Modernization" Cape Town Dialogue, jointly organized by the Research and Planning Department of the Central Party History and Literature Research Institute, the Xinhua News Agency Research Institute, and the Xinhua News Agency Africa Branch, was held in Cape Town, South Africa on the 15th. South Africa and China should further share ideas with each other and strive to achieve more new results in cooperation between BRICS countries and the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road". Kuang Weilin, a member of the Public Diplomacy Advisory Committee of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that China's development benefits the world and cannot be separated from the world.
