Chinese culture has a long and profound history, and Chinese civilization is vast and profound. Only by comprehensively and deeply understanding the history of Chinese civilization can we more effectively promote the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture, promote the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and build a modern civilization of the Chinese nation, As the world's largest collection unit of oracle bones, the National Library attaches great importance to the disclosure and utilization of oracle bone materials, while ensuring the protection and inheritance of oracle bone collections. While utilizing new technological means to gradually publish the collection of oracle bone materials and research results, we actively participate in national key cultural projects, promote international exchange of oracle bone inscriptions, and enable Yin Qi to play an important role in exploring the source of civilization and mutual learning in cultural exchanges. In the nearly 30 years after the discovery of the Zhongguang oracle bone inscriptions of Yin Qi, which were provided by the author of the 6006 original rubbings, they were scattered both domestically and internationally due to unauthorized excavation by local people, collection by antique dealers, and foreign missionaries. In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, during the trend of donating cultural relics to the state in the cultural relics collection industry, a large number of oracle bones hidden in the public gathered at national cultural and museum institutions. The vast majority of the collections of the National Library were collected during the 10 years after the establishment of the People's Republic of China, through means such as allocation and receiving donations from the Cultural Relics Administration of the Ministry of Culture. After becoming part of the national map collection, these oracle bones are no longer treasures for collectors, but rather public artifacts for the academic community and the general public. Over the years, with the publication of a comprehensive collection of oracle bone inscriptions such as the "Collection of oracle bone inscriptions", significant progress has been made in the study of oracle bone inscriptions and the history of the Yin and Shang dynasties. However, there are still many unrecognized characters in oracle bone inscriptions that require further analysis and exploration; The emergence of new technological means has also provided new possibilities for the disclosure of oracle bone inscriptions. It can be said that it is timely for oracle bone collection units to comprehensively organize their collected oracle bones. The compilation of the "Collection of Oracle Bone Inscriptions" (hereinafter referred to as "Collection") began in the 1950s, with the active participation of the National Library. Zeng Yigong served as the editorial board member, providing the editorial team with information on the collection of oracle bones and rubbings, as well as providing the edited "Collection of Oracle Bone Inscriptions" rubbings for reference. The Collection and the Supplement to the Collection of Oracle Bones and Inscriptions contain more than 55000 pieces of oracle bones, including about 15000 pieces of oracle bones with Chinese drawings, in which most of the essence of oracle bones stored in the national drawings provides important materials for the study of oracle bones. In order to better protect oracle bone inscriptions and reveal the oracle bone data in the museum, the National Library has completed the dissemination of 35000 pieces of oracle bones in its collection. On the basis of protection, multiple exhibitions have been held to provide the public with the opportunity to see the true appearance of the oracle bones. In 2015, the "Oracle Bone Inscription Memory Exhibition" was selected as one of the top ten boutique exhibitions of the 13th National Museum,
