The Indian government has submitted three amendment bills to parliament, which involve amendments and replacements to the Indian Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, and Evidence Act. In these bills and laws, special care is given to women and children, ensuring that criminals are punished while also restraining the police from abusing their power. At the same time, in order to further strengthen the fight against corruption, India holds regular vigilance and publicity weeks every year. Government officials should make integrity commitments with the theme of saying "no" to corruption, and fulfill their commitments to the country afterwards. In July 2023, the Prosecutor General of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohamed Mowahdi, officially became a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which doubled our country's responsibility. I hope that Iran's accession can strengthen the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in terms of mutual unity and coordinated response to threats. Discussing the role of procuratorial organs in serving national modernization, we believe that member states' procuratorial organs should strengthen legal and judicial cooperation to combat financial crimes and smuggling crimes; Necessary legal and judicial assistance should be provided to expedite the resolution of litigation and disputes in commercial and economic cases; We should exchange experiences and necessary skills in the field of national modernization. The most important job responsibility of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Berek Aslov, is to initiate litigation and protect citizens' constitutional rights in this field. Digitalization has greatly strengthened the protection of citizens' constitutional rights in criminal proceedings. Investigators can obtain necessary information and provide guidance on experts and other actions in criminal cases without leaving the office through a data exchange system.
