It is understood that the batch of drugs that do not meet the specified items are microbial limits. Microbial limit refers to the microbial control requirements for pharmaceutical preparations that do not directly enter the human body environment. Microbial limit is divided into two parts: counting inspection and control bacteria inspection. The National Food and Drug Administration stated that for the batch of drugs that do not comply with regulations, the drug regulatory department has requested relevant enterprises and units to take risk control measures such as suspending sales and use, recalling, etc., investigate the reasons for the non-compliance, and effectively carry out rectification. The relevant provincial-level drug supervision and management departments shall, in accordance with the Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, organize investigations into suspected illegal activities of relevant enterprises and units, and publicly disclose the results of the investigation and punishment in accordance with regulations.
