The film festival is jointly launched by the China Film Archive, the Madrid Film Archive, and the Madrid China Cultural Center. The theme of this Chinese Film Festival is "Past and Present", and 8 excellent Chinese film works will be presented to local audiences, including the early classic films "Road Angels", "Crows and Sparrows", "Five Golden Flowers", the classic animated film "Rage in the Heavenly Palace", the popular new works "Walking Alone on the Moon" and "Life Events", the animated film "Lion Boy" that showcases traditional Chinese lion dance art, and the documentary "Chasing the Light for a Thousand Miles".
