The scale and level of this forum have reached a historic high, with extensive and in-depth exchanges and even exchanges among the participating parties, reflecting the concepts of equality, openness, inclusiveness, and mutual learning, achieving the effect of gathering wisdom, expanding consensus, and enhancing mutual trust. The increasing influence of the Beijing Xiangshan Forum reflects the importance that the international community attaches to peace and security issues, and reflects the trust and support of all parties in China's efforts to implement global security initiatives and lead the promotion of global security cooperation. At present, the linkage, cross-border nature, and diversity of security issues are becoming more prominent, with regional security hotspots emerging one after another, frequent local conflicts and turbulence, and various traditional and non-traditional security threats intertwined and stacked. Facing global security challenges and solving security dilemmas, it is necessary to strengthen communication and cooperation. From major country relations to Asia Pacific security, from artificial intelligence to nuclear risk management, from the new Middle East security architecture to the European peace mechanism... This forum has responded to global security hotspots through a series of dialogues and discussion topics, demonstrating leadership and inclusiveness, and providing a broad platform for communication among all parties. The frank communication and joint exploration of global peace and security among the attending guests are of great positive significance in the current international situation. This forum has dedicated the plenary session to the topic of "The Role of Developing Countries in Global Security". In parallel group meetings and small-scale seminars, topics such as "Global South" and global security governance, the significance of expanding the membership of BRICS countries, and the expectations of developing countries for globalization have been set up. In terms of speech arrangements, representatives from small and medium-sized countries account for a considerable proportion and are widely welcomed by developing countries.
