Through sorting out publicly reported cases, it was found that disguised forms of public funded tourism often occur, and there is a trend of concealment in terms of reimbursement methods, behavior methods, and other aspects. In addition to changing the itinerary for public travel under the guise of learning, training, research, and other activities, some have changed their itinerary without authorization, such as "detours" or "hitchhikes" in official travel, and some have used collective funds to reimburse travel expenses.
