The rapid development of digital technology will further expand the total amount of high-quality education services, optimize the service supply structure, meet the growing diversified education needs of the people, and provide new opportunities for deepening the education supply side reform and improving the quality of education services. Improving the total supply of educational services has irreplaceable important advantages in enhancing the total supply of educational services and promoting the sharing of high-quality educational resources. With the large-scale deployment of technologies such as 5G and cloud computing in the education field, the storage, transmission, and circulation of digital education resources have become more convenient, effectively expanding the supply of education services. Since 2022, the Ministry of Education has vigorously built a national smart education public service platform, achieving the co construction, sharing, and optimized allocation of educational resources through digitization, providing serialized, high-quality, and interdisciplinary education and teaching resources. Currently, it has developed into the world's largest education and teaching resource library, with a total of 26 billion views on the platform. It can be seen that digital technology is comprehensively breaking through time and space limitations, allowing high-quality educational resources to cover remote rural areas and vulnerable groups, gradually narrowing the regional, urban-rural, and inter school disparities in education, and continuously promoting more and more equitable benefits for all people in educational development, promoting social fairness and justice through educational equity. For example, the Ningxia Department of Education has deeply promoted the "delivery classroom", "teacher classroom", and "network classroom of famous schools", established smart school districts and teaching and training communities, guided primary and secondary schools in the region to form a paired education chain with national famous schools, and shared high-quality education resources through interconnected education service platforms; At the same time, establish a mutual assistance and pairing system to promote collaborative teaching between teachers in school and online teachers, and achieve "substantial equivalence" between rural and urban school education. The supply system that focuses on improving the accuracy of education service supply, with a focus on "food and clothing", has lagged behind the needs of economic and social development and the construction of an educational power. Relying solely on expanding the total supply of education services, it is difficult to meet the growing diversified and high-quality education needs of the people. Digital technology can support the development of educational services towards precision, personalization, and exploration, allowing every learner to enjoy suitable education.
