The sixth meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress closed on the afternoon of the 24th at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The meeting voted to approve the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the Ratification of the Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Colombia on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, the Decision on the Ratification of the Extradition Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Mauritius, and the Decision on the Ratification of the Protocol against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components, and Ammunition, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime Decision on Ratifying the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia and its Personnel, as well as Representatives of Member States, and Decision on Accessing the Convention of the International Navigation Mark Organization. The meeting voted to approve the reports on the deliberation results of the proposals submitted by the representatives of the Presidium of the 14th National People's Congress First Session, which were respectively submitted by the Supervision and Judicial Committee, the Finance and Economic Committee, the Environment and Resource Protection Committee, and the Social Construction Committee of the National People's Congress. The meeting voted to remove Li Shangfu from his position as a member of the Central Military Commission. After a vote, the meeting appointed Liu Shaoyun as the President of the Military Court of the People's Liberation Army of China. The meeting also voted to approve other appointment and removal proposals.
