During the Mid Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, the village received approximately 12800 tourists and generated a revenue of 1.7 million yuan. It also coincided with the Hangzhou Asian Games, and the Asian Games athletes were also deeply attracted by our village. Nepalese wrestlers tasted pecans, dried bamboo shoots and other special agricultural products in the village, and experienced such projects as beating glutinous rice paste, grinding soybean milk, and Paper Cuttings. Unique cuisine and traditional folk activities excite everyone. Watching the lush green mountains, listening to the gurgling streams, and breathing in fresh air, athletes linger and forget to leave. Our village is located at the foot of Tianmu Mountain, known for its beautiful natural scenery and simple village atmosphere. Over the years, relying on the unique ecological environment, we have vigorously promoted the integration of cultural and tourism development, and walked out of the "three steps" of strong village development. At first, Moon Bridge Village relied solely on the mountains for food, and the village environment was dirty, messy, and poor. The butterfly transformation began with the implementation of the "Ten Million Project". Just over 7 years ago, our village obtained the first new version of the land contract management certificate in Zhejiang Province, which brought new development opportunities. In a short period of time, over 3000 acres of mountain forests and 710 acres of arable land in the entire village have been fully recognized, and the village committees have also taken advantage of the situation to promote large-scale operation after completing the land ownership transfer work. The contiguous land is conducive to the overall planning of the village. We classify the land for management, planting strawberries, roses, landscape rice fields, etc. The villagers continue to work and earn money in the fields while obtaining rent. This is the first and most crucial step in the development of a strong village. With more and more people coming to the vicinity of Tianmu Mountain for leisure and vacation, driven by the village collective, everyone has started to engage in the tourism industry, running farmhouses and homestays. At that time, the level of rural entertainment was low and non-standard, which was not conducive to the long-term development of the village. So, we create a high-quality homestay cluster to promote the integrated development of culture and tourism, which is the second step to strengthen the village and enrich the people. In 2017, the "Moon Workshop" homestay opened to welcome guests, with stone aisles, yellow mud walls, and stone walls. The original rural residential style exudes a sense of "returning to simplicity". As the only "National Grade A Tourist Homestay" in Hangzhou, it has also become a benchmark for other homestays and farmhouses in our village to improve their service level. Nowadays, there are a total of 8 high-end homestays and 15 farmhouses in the village. The integration of culture and tourism, as well as the prosperity of homestays, have brought about the third step of industrial revitalization of the village. In 2017, we took the opportunity of creating the "Tianmu Yue Township" village scenic area, recruited talents, and established a company to construct and operate our village scenic area. Nowadays, Moon Bridge Village has initially become a rural leisure destination with rich formats, activated intangible cultural heritage, diverse experiences, and likes from tourists. In July of this year, we collaborated with surrounding villages to establish the Moon Bay Drifting Project, which brought another wave of passenger traffic to the village. Tourists ride rubber rafts down the clear river, enjoying the cool summer time. According to statistics, over 40000 tourists have experienced drifting from July to August, with a revenue of over 1 million yuan. In the past two years, the village has attracted many young people, with over 120 creators and more diverse rural industries. The collective economy of the village has further expanded, and everyone's pockets have become even bigger. this
