Qu Yanming, a representative of the National People's Congress and the Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Community Neighborhood Committee of Panqiu Community in Jinhua Street, Liwan District, Guangzhou City, suggested that the performance of duties be demonstrated in a more grounded manner, the stories of ecological and environmental public interest litigation and prosecution be told well, communication and liaison with relevant departments of ecological and environmental protection be strengthened, and a pattern of ecological and environmental protection be promoted to build, protect, and govern together, creating the "Guangdong Model" and "Guangzhou Model" of ecological and environmental public interest litigation.
