Over the past decade, the "the Belt and Road Initiative" has firmly grasped the greatest common denominator of development, adhered to the principle of joint consultation, joint construction and sharing, opened up new space for development, built new platforms for development, fostered new drivers of development, and built a road of opportunity and prosperity for common development. The two sides issued the Joint Statement of the People's Republic of China and the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste on Establishing a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, saying that they would sign the cooperation plan of the two countries on jointly promoting the construction of the the Belt and Road as soon as possible, and deepen high-quality and mutually beneficial cooperation on jointly building the the Belt and Road. We should respect each other, fully communicate, and jointly build the "the Belt and Road" initiative in depth with the development strategies of relevant countries and regions, which fully reflects the concept of "everyone talks". The joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" is open to all countries and regions. In the process of jointly building the "the Belt and Road", China has always sought to enhance its awareness of cooperation in jointly addressing various global issues and challenges, and to discuss cooperation plans in communication and dialogue. Both the planning of cooperation blueprints and the implementation of specific projects will be discussed by all parties, so that the "the Belt and Road" will become a sunny avenue for everyone to move forward hand in hand. Ya'an Wanzhou High speed Railway, which was officially launched recently, is a landmark project for China to jointly build the "the Belt and Road" and Indonesia's "Global Marine Fulcrum". In recent years, the synergistic effect of the docking of development strategies between the two countries has become increasingly prominent, and economic and trade cooperation has achieved fruitful results. China has become Indonesia's largest trading partner for 10 consecutive years, with bilateral trade volume reaching 149.4 billion US dollars in 2022. The "the Belt and Road" is a "garden of flowers" where China and the world share opportunities and seek common development. Only by deeply aligning with the development strategies of various countries, strengthening policy communication, and seeking the maximum common denominator through consultation can we form the "most beautiful harmony". At the regional and multilateral levels, the "the Belt and Road" initiative will be effectively linked with the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the ASEAN Connectivity Master Plan 2025, the ASEAN Indo Pacific Outlook, the AU 2063 Agenda, and the EU Eurasian Connectivity Strategy to support regional integration and global development.
