Recently, with the approval of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Work Plan for the Central Anti Corruption Coordination Group (2023-2027)". The Plan adheres to the organic unity of governing the country in accordance with the law and governing the party in accordance with regulations, and implements the requirements of compliance with regulations and disciplines throughout the entire process of anti-corruption work, promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency in the fight against corruption. The essential requirement for promoting the standardization, rule of law, and regularization of anti-corruption is to use the law to combat corruption, adhere to compliance with regulations, discipline, and the law, use legal thinking and methods to combat corruption, and ensure that the anti-corruption struggle always operates on the track of the rule of law. Emphasizing the eradication of the soil where bad work styles and corruption breed and spread fundamentally relies on regulations and systems; Emphasis should be placed on enhancing awareness of the rule of law, procedural awareness, and evidence awareness, and continuously improving the standardization, rule of law, and standardization level of disciplinary inspection and supervision work. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made strategic arrangements for unwavering and comprehensive strict governance of the Party, deepening the new great project of Party building in the new era, and requiring the improvement of the Party's self revolutionary system and normative system, and resolutely winning the enduring battle against corruption. On the new journey, we need to integrate our thoughts and actions into the decision-making and deployment of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement the goals and tasks of the "Plan", pay more attention to punishing corruption based on institutional and legal advantages, strengthen national legislation against corruption, strengthen the construction of anti-corruption and integrity building systems, promote the Party and state supervision system, anti-corruption institutional mechanisms to become more mature and standardized, and continuously improve the institutional effectiveness of preventing and controlling corruption. Promoting the fight against corruption is the common responsibility of the entire party, and ensuring that the fight against corruption always operates on the track of the rule of law requires the entire party to work together. We must adhere to the principle of governing the Party by system and by rules, with the Party Constitution as the foundation and democratic centralism as the core, improve the system of Party regulations, and enhance the authority and execution of Party regulations. We need to improve a unified leadership, comprehensive coverage, and authoritative and efficient supervision system of the Party, improve the mechanism for power supervision and restraint, take intra party supervision as the leading force, promote the integration and coordination of various types of supervision, and allow power to operate under the sunshine. We need to improve the anti-corruption regulatory system, laws and regulations for punishing bribery, and laws and regulations for punishing commercial corruption.
