On September 28, 2022, the Chengdu Chongqing Financial Court, the first specialized court in China with centralized jurisdiction over financial cases across provinces, was unveiled and established. On January 1, 2023, the case was officially closed. As of September 25, the Chengdu Chongqing Financial Court has accepted a total of 7731 cases, with an amount of over 24.3 billion yuan, and has concluded 5434 cases. How to coordinate cross provincial centralized jurisdiction behind a transcript with a full amount of "gold"? How to make financial trials more specialized and refined, and highlight professional strengths? How can we use the stability of the "one domain" of Chengdu Chongqing finance to serve and ensure the overall security of the national finance? Over the past year, this court, which has already entered the "fast lane", has never stopped thinking and exploring. In the reform of cross provincial operation mechanism, first try walking about 800 meters northeast from the Chengdu Chongqing Financial Court to reach the intersection of the Jialing River and the Yangtze River. Looking towards the river from the dock, half of it is the turbid brick red Jialing River, and the other half is the clear and green Yangtze River. The two rivers are clearly separated and connected in one place, and finally gradually blend and converge, surging forward. It is said that the people of Chongqing invented "Double-flavor hot pot" based on this inspiration. Similar to this magical natural landscape, the Chengdu Chongqing Financial Court, located approximately 800 meters away, is actively exploring new paths for cross regional collaborative governance. As the third specialized financial court after the Shanghai Financial Court and the Beijing Financial Court, the most prominent feature of the Chengdu Chongqing Financial Court lies in its cross provincial jurisdiction, carrying the historical responsibility of leading the reform and innovation of financial trials with Chinese characteristics. In order to break down local judicial barriers and realize the national attribute of judicial power, solve the "home and away" issues of "special cases" and the centralized trial of highly specialized cases, the Chengdu Chongqing Financial Court has emerged as the times require.
