How to explore training mechanisms and educational methods that are conducive to the growth and success of technological innovation talents, and achieve the integration of education, technology, and talent, has become an important topic worth in-depth consideration. To stimulate the youthful power of technological innovation, efforts should continue to be made in selecting seedlings. On the other hand, it is necessary to follow the laws of talent growth, continuously explore mechanisms for connecting undergraduate and doctoral programs, international exchange and cooperation mechanisms, and long-term evaluation mechanisms. At the same time, relying on major scientific research platforms and tasks, we provide more opportunities for students to carry out scientific research practice, and through high-level scientific research, we help young students achieve better growth. To stimulate the youthful power of technological innovation, it is necessary to nourish it with more "sunshine, rain, and dew", giving young students the opportunity to take on important responsibilities and become the protagonist in scientific research projects.
