The meeting emphasized the need to take the opportunity of inspection and rectification to further strengthen the comprehensive leadership of the Party, urge the inspected Party organizations to improve their political standing, conscientiously fulfill the responsibilities and missions assigned by the Party Central Committee, continuously enhance the core functions and competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, consolidate the important material and political foundation of Chinese characteristic social ideology, increase the efforts of financial enterprises to serve the real economy and national strategy, and promote high-quality development. We need to coordinate development and security, establish a solid bottom line thinking and extreme thinking, take effective measures to prevent and resolve major risks, and firmly hold onto the safety bottom line. We need to promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party towards in-depth development, tighten the responsibilities of the first person in charge of the Party Committee (Party Group) Secretary, the members of the leadership team, and the supervision responsibilities of disciplinary inspection and supervision institutions, highlight and strengthen the supervision of the "top leaders" at all levels, increase anti-corruption efforts in state-owned enterprises and financial fields, deeply rectify the "four wind", deepen the use of cases to promote reform, use cases to promote governance, and promote the unity of not daring to corrupt, not being corrupt, and not wanting to corrupt.
