At present, the development of digital prosecution represented by the construction of big data legal supervision models has become a common trend, with the wind rising at the end of the Qing Ping era and the waves rising between the ripples. In the first half of this year, the contribution rates of digital prosecution by Beijing's procuratorial organs to the discovery of supervisory clues and the handling of supervisory cases reached 66.5% and 67.3%, respectively. The proportion of digital prosecution supervision cases in all supervisory cases reached 58.2%.
