Anti monopoly determines the level of competition in the market economy, while anti unfair competition determines the basic level and overall quality of market economy competition. Anti monopoly and anti unfair competition jointly constitute the competition legal system in China's socialist market economy system, jointly building an important legal foundation for fair competition policies, providing strong support for maintaining fair competition, building a new development pattern, and building a high standard market system, and safeguarding high-quality development. 2.
