Wang Yi said that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, China Russia relations have maintained a healthy and stable development momentum, practical cooperation has been continuously deepened, cultural exchanges are diverse, and personnel exchanges are growing rapidly. A permanent good-neighborly friendship, comprehensive strategic cooperation, and mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Russia will continue to contribute to the development and revitalization of each country, bringing important benefits to the two peoples. Wang Yi stated that both China and Russia pursue an independent and independent foreign policy, and their cooperation is not aimed at or interfered with by third parties, let alone influenced by them. As world powers and permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, China and Russia have an important responsibility to maintain global strategic stability and promote world development and progress.
