On September 8th, the Beijing Municipal Procuratorate organized a symposium on the development of digital procuratorial work in the capital, introducing the achievements of digital procuratorial work in the capital and listening to the opinions and suggestions of representative members on the further development of digital procuratorial work in the capital. Fifteen representatives of the Beijing Municipal People's Congress, including Bu Yulong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China International Technology and Intelligence Cooperation Group Co., Ltd., as well as members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, were invited to attend the meeting. During the symposium, the person in charge of the Beijing Procuratorial Science and Technology Center reported on the digital procuratorial work in the capital. Subsequently, the representatives and committee members fully affirmed the effectiveness of Beijing's procuratorial organs in actively recognizing changes, adapting to changes, and using digital prosecution to drive high-quality development of legal supervision. They also proposed opinions and suggestions on further improving the standardization and scientific level of big data legal supervision models, replicating and promoting typical big data legal supervision models, and empowering minors' protection and social governance through digital prosecution. After carefully listening to the suggestions of the representative committee members, the relevant person in charge of the Beijing Procuratorate stated that the Beijing procuratorial organs will continue to actively accept the supervision of the National People's Congress and the democratic supervision of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. We welcome the representative committee members to learn more about and support the procuratorial work, and actively offer suggestions and gather wisdom to promote the construction of the first good district in China under the rule of law. After this symposium, the Beijing procuratorial organs will also organize a series of digital prosecutorial development symposiums, transforming the insightful opinions of the representatives into strong intellectual support for doing a good job in the digital prosecutorial work in the capital.
