At the same time, the procurement of dental consumables in public medical institutions should be managed by medical institutions in a unified manner, and consumables supply enterprises should be strictly selected in accordance with procedures, open and fair. Dental and related medical personnel are not allowed to engage in medical consumables procurement activities on their own, and are not allowed to use medical consumables purchased and supplied by non medical consumables management departments. According to the notice, medical insurance departments in various regions have fully implemented the goal of regulating the entire process of dental service prices in accordance with relevant regulations, and carried out special management on the prices of implant implantation, dental crown implantation, bone grafting surgery, and other services in public medical institutions. For projects with high technical difficulty and risk, such as full arch restoration and dental implantation, it is allowed to widen the appropriate gap with conventional dental implantation surgery, and subsequently incorporate it into the dynamic adjustment mechanism of various regions for overall management.
