We must adhere to legislation for the people and rely on them, deeply practice the entire process of people's democracy, use the rule of law to promote the resolution of the most direct and practical interests of the people, and strive to make every law full of public opinion, close to people's livelihoods, and in line with the people's hearts. We must adhere to the national conditions and reality to do a good job in legislative work, adhere to constitutional and legal legislation, adhere to a systematic concept, embrace the world, strive for progress while maintaining stability, grasp objective laws, and continuously improve the quality of legislation.
