With the continuous development of trade globalization, the need to establish and improve legal protection for foreign affairs is becoming increasingly urgent. On August 30th, the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Rule of Law Forum was held in Nansha, Guangzhou. The theme of this forum is "High level opening up to the outside world and the synergy of the Greater Bay Area's rule of law". Based on the unique characteristics of the Greater Bay Area's "one country, two systems, and three legal domains", we explore new models of foreign-related legal work, create a highland for foreign-related legal services, and serve the high-level opening up of the Greater Bay Area to the outside world. Nearly 300 legal experts, scholars, and business representatives from both domestic and international sources gathered at the forum. Clear theme: Based on practical issues, propose countermeasures and suggestions to help the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area improve the efficiency of foreign-related legal services. The four parallel forums focus on the legal empowerment of "going global" from the perspective of new technology and digitization, the diversified resolution of international commercial disputes in the context of multiple legal domains, the legal responsibility and international development of enterprises under the "dual carbon" goal, and the construction of international shipping hubs for maritime judicial services. Based on practical issues, they propose countermeasures and suggestions to help the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area improve the efficiency of foreign-related legal services. During the forum, legal academic groups and research institutions from the "9+2" cities in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area jointly launched the Nansha Initiative of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Rule of Law Forum, calling for the establishment of a normal and effective communication and exchange mechanism, the creation of a high standard market-oriented and legalized international business environment, the improvement of the strategic layout of foreign-related rule of law talents in the Bay Area, and the exploration of the docking path of the Bay Area's rule connection mechanism We will work together in five aspects to explore legal solutions to new problems.
