Poland will increase its troops to the border near Belarus and Russian enclaves

On August 29th, Polish Defense Minister Bwashchak stated during an inspection at a military base that he would continue to deploy additional troops to Oletsko, with a final deployment of 1000 soldiers. It is reported that the straight-line distance between Oletsko and the Suwauki Corridor is approximately 65 kilometers. The Suwauki Corridor is located between the border of Lithuania and Poland, connecting Belarus with the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad.
