The Guidelines require that the construction unit should have a unified management organization and a clear construction site, with relatively complete tourism facilities. Public management personnel, professional service personnel, security, cleaning and other personnel who meet the needs of the base's tourism services should be equipped. It should have exploitable traditional Chinese medicine tourism resources that can generate good social, economic, and ecological benefits; Having distinct local characteristics in Hunan, highlighting the value of traditional Chinese medicine in health tourism; It provides services and experiences such as natural sightseeing of Chinese medicine, cultural landscape, health care, picking and making, self-cultivation, Tonic Diet tasting, and popular science learning. According to the "Guidelines", the provincial-level demonstration experience bases for traditional Chinese medicine health tourism in Hunan Province are divided into six categories: hot springs, health care, rural areas, forests, tourism, and humanities. Each base construction unit selects 1-2 categories to carry out construction based on actual conditions. The Guide clarifies the positioning, core resources, and characteristic products of six types of traditional Chinese medicine health and wellness tourism demonstration experience bases.
