Deeply carry out special supervision on optimizing the business environment, promote the linkage of three-level procuratorates with various levels of industry and commerce federations, inquire about enterprises in need, and identify 574 supervision clues related to enterprise cases. The second is to use the integrated case handling model of "collaboration+collaboration" to carry out false litigation supervision on a regular basis. Strengthen the coordination and horizontal collaboration between the civil prosecution departments, implement the "Guidelines for Strengthening Internal Cooperation in False Litigation Prosecution Work by Guangxi Prosecutors (Trial)", and effectively promote the integration and performance of criminal and civil prosecutions. From 2019 to July of this year, the three level procuratorial organs in the entire region applied an integrated case handling model to protest 114 false lawsuits and 619 procuratorial suggestions. The third is to use the integrated guidance model of "layer by layer reporting+layer by layer review" to standardize the supervision of bankruptcy cases. Establish a guidance system for the acceptance, filing, and review of bankruptcy cases, establish a bankruptcy supervision and guidance group, and follow up and guide 23 times in a timely manner. The fourth is to use the integrated exploration model of "external transfer+internal research" to carry out diversified supervision in the fields of foreign affairs, maritime affairs, and maritime commerce.
