Spending money to get a driver's license and getting scolded, industry bad habits need to be addressed

Summer vacation is a golden time for many college students to obtain driving licenses. However, the "stormy" teaching of some coaches has left many people with lingering fears. Is taking a driver's license like spending money and getting scolded? According to China Youth Daily, currently, college students' attitude towards coaches is no longer 'peace of mind', but rather believe that driving schools are training grounds and should reject all unreasonable phenomena. Therefore, the demand for disputes caused by verbal conflicts between driving school coaches and students has increased. Regardless of whether they have taken the driver's license or not, many people have heard of the bad attitude of some driving school coaches. Although driving schools belong to learning and training institutions, it seems that there are naturally no other training schools to be 'gentle'. In a sense, this has become a common bad habit in the industry. Some people even feel that coaches sometimes appear less serious and responsible by not being rough with their students. This social mindset also encourages some coaches to relax their behavioral constraints. Some driving school coaches not only rough treat students in daily teaching, but their behavior also crosses legal boundaries. On August 4th of this year, the Transportation Bureau of Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia, issued an online notice regarding the issue of female students being molested by coaches at a driving school. The notice stated that the driving school had dismissed the involved coaches and would punish and dismiss a group of low management level and poor training quality driving training institutions. Subsequently, the police reported that the involved coaches would be detained. In July of this year, female students in Yan'an, Shaanxi also reported that their coaches required them to sit in their arms and practice driving. Undoubtedly, treating every student equally and in a civilized manner is a basic requirement for driving school services and the bottom line of a coach's professional competence. Whether it is verbal violence against students, harassment, molestation of students, or physical violence, it is an abuse of power by coaches and must be severely punished by professional norms and laws and regulations. As some analyses have pointed out, the reason why driving school coaches dare to speak ill of students is because compared to other ongoing training industries, driving school services are a "one shot" business, and students no longer participate in driving training after obtaining their driver's license. Moreover, taking a driver's license is a passing exam, and the performance of a coach during the training process greatly affects whether students can pass the exam smoothly. Because of this, some coaches are fearless and take advantage of students' tolerance to act recklessly. Strict rectification is needed to address the issue of coaches' professional ethics corruption and lack of personal literacy, and efforts should be made to clean up those who engage in misconduct in the driving training industry. The competent department should urge driving training institutions to improve their management level, provide guidance and education on the profession and literacy of coaches, and strictly implement the system of assessing the teaching quality and reputation of coaches. For complaints and reports from students, driving schools must investigate and handle them in accordance with the law and regulations, and do not shield or condone coaches who engage in misconduct. With the popularity of private cars, obtaining a driver's license has long been a common practice, and driving skills are not a rare skill mastered by a few coaches. This means that driving schools are facing more intense market competition and need to work hard to improve service quality. Consumers choosing which driving school to study at not only depends on basic performance indicators such as the passing rate of the driving school's exam, but also on comprehensive conditions such as the driving school environment, vehicle condition, and coach literacy. If the coach's rude attitude is "well-known", consumers will naturally vote with their feet. Driving School
