Major developed countries should take responsible economic and trade measures to ensure the safety and smooth flow of global industrial and supply chains, stop indiscriminate unilateral sanctions and long-term jurisdiction, and refrain from politicizing or weaponizing their economies. The package agreement for the export of agricultural products from the Black Sea port should not be easily abandoned. China looks forward to dialogue and consultation among all parties to strive for the early resumption of grain and fertilizer exports from Russia and Ukraine. Thirdly, all efforts must be made to ensure humanitarian assistance. The prolonged conflict has led to the destruction of many large-scale infrastructure, the displacement of millions of people, and the increasing humanitarian needs. In this situation, all parties to the conflict must strictly abide by international humanitarian law, avoid attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure, and ensure the basic needs of the people and the safety of their lives and property. The irresponsible transfer and use of cluster munitions can easily lead to humanitarian issues, and all parties involved must be cautious in this regard. Fourthly, we must make every effort to prevent nuclear safety risks.
