The Guiding Opinions clarify that focusing on key areas, continuously increasing policy preferences and funding investment in rural areas, and continuously narrowing the regional gap in traditional Chinese medicine health and cultural literacy; Grasp key groups, provide classification guidance, establish a multi-level and diversified system for disseminating knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine health culture, and promote the overall improvement of traditional Chinese medicine health culture literacy; Optimize the dissemination content, launch a batch of standardized and suitable popular science works, and strive to promote the healthy culture of traditional Chinese medicine from knowledge to practice; Strengthen advantageous channels, fully leverage the communication advantages of mass media, especially emerging media, innovate promotion methods and forms, and gradually achieve the normalization of traditional Chinese medicine health culture dissemination and knowledge popularization. The Guiding Opinions propose five main tasks. Vigorously promote the core values of traditional Chinese medicine culture, and through mainstream media, authoritative platforms, and traditional Chinese medicine culture disseminators, enable traditional Chinese medicine to "speak clearly, speak clearly, and understand", enhancing the general public's sense of identification and trust in traditional Chinese medicine.
