The research team has successively visited Beihai, Qinzhou, Fangchenggang, Chongzuo in Guangxi, as well as Wenshan, Honghe, Kunming in Yunnan, and carried out in-depth "observation, inquiry, and research" activities around the theme of industrial park construction and development in the southwestern border areas. Through visits, visits, discussions, and discussions, Huang Hua, Dean of the Yunfu Development Research Institute at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, continuously guides students to actively reflect on national development strategies, major national policies, and important national measures. By combining the knowledge learned and applying relevant theories, students can understand practice, understand reality, analyze problems, and seek countermeasures, thereby achieving students' understanding of national intentions and firm confidence The purpose of inspiring the spirit of struggle. In Beihai, accompanied by relevant personnel from the Beihai Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, the research team visited the production and project implementation of enterprises such as Huike Electronics, Xianmeilai, and JD Beihai Center. Through conversations with enterprises, the research team gained a preliminary understanding of the development of the electronic information industry, food processing industry, and other industries in Beihai City. After the field visit, the research team held a discussion and exchange with the leaders of relevant departments of the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone, and had a more comprehensive understanding of the overall development status and future development trend of Beihai Industrial Park. The research team believes that Beihai has a superior geographical location and is the only prefecture level city with sea, land, and air transportation conditions. Next, it is necessary to further implement the relevant policies of Guangxi Autonomous Region on the development of industrial parks, and combine them with the existing resources of Beihai City to accelerate the formation of emerging industry clusters with distinct industrial patterns and high production efficiency. In Qinzhou, the research team first visited the industry and information technology department of the Qinzhou Municipal Government for a discussion. Relevant personnel introduced the important position of Qinzhou as a key builder of the China ASEAN international gateway port and the Pinglu Canal, as well as the economic and social development of Qinzhou in recent years. The research team believes that as an important port city in the Beibu Gulf, Qinzhou also has the scarce advantages of modern seaport transportation and profound cultural history. It should seize the opportunity, increase the undertaking of industrial transfer in the eastern region, and become an important industrial base for the China ASEAN Cooperation Zone. At Fangchenggang, the research team held a symposium with the Fangchenggang Investment Promotion Center
