For cases involving multiple regulatory responsibilities, fully utilize the legal supervision function, urge relevant departments to fulfill their responsibilities, and collaborate to promote the protection and governance of forest and grass resources. The Opinion emphasizes that forest and grass departments at all levels should attach importance to and play the role of procuratorial public interest litigation, support procuratorial organs in carrying out their work, work together to improve the quality and efficiency of case handling, and ensure full performance of duties and responsibilities. To correctly grasp the value and function of procuratorial public interest litigation, further strengthen cooperation with procuratorial organs, regard procuratorial public interest litigation as a strong backing for fulfilling duties and maintaining law enforcement credibility in accordance with the law, seriously cooperate with administrative public interest litigation supervision, and actively seek support for civil public interest litigation.
