According to the Consulate General of China in St. Petersburg, the St. Petersburg China Visa Application Service Center accepts visa applications from ordinary passport holders and provides services such as receiving materials, collecting biological information, collecting visa fees, issuing certificates, and consulting. It is not responsible for visa approval. Those who hold diplomatic or official passports or apply for Chinese diplomatic, courtesy, or official visas still need to submit their applications to the Consulate General.
