From the overall distribution of the top 100 counties in 2023, the eastern region accounts for 65 seats, the central region accounts for 20 seats, the western region accounts for 14 seats, and the northeast region only accounts for 1 seat. From a provincial perspective, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shandong have performed outstandingly, occupying 23, 16, and 13 seats respectively.
